Dr. Laura Lande-Diner joined Satellite Bio in August 2020 as a founding executive and serves as President and CBO. Prior to joining Satellite Bio, Lande-Diner was on the founding team of Valo Health. At Valo, she drove the early data strategy by initiating, leading and executing four foundational deals within less than 18 months of Valo’s inception. Prior to Valo, Lande-Diner was part of the Origination team at Flagship Pioneering, where she was on the founding teams of Epiva/Evelo, Inari Agriculture and Omega Therapeutics. In these companies, Lande-Diner played key roles in the conception, articulation and implementation of the early company strategy, IP strategy, building the early senior leadership team and advisory boards and articulating the vision to investors and other external parties. Lande-Diner is a named inventor on numerous patents and applications, and was selected as one of the 100 Most Inspiring People in the life-sciences industry by PharmaVOICE in 2017. Before starting her entrepreneurial career, Lande-Diner was an Instructor in Neurobiology at Harvard Medical School. Born and raised in Argentina, Lande-Diner earned her PhD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Medical School and conducted her postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School
