Keisha Thomas is a Senior Director of Early Innovation Partnering at Johnson & Johnson Innovation, a position she has held since January 2022. In her current role, she leads and supports transactions and partnerships within Immunology and Oncology. Keisha collaborates closely with Therapeutic Areas, External Innovation scientific leads, and JJDC partners to identify and nurture promising technologies and innovations. Before joining Johnson & Johnson Innovation, Keisha served as Director of Business Development at Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals, where she focused on Oncology. In this capacity, she spearheaded partnering discussions and negotiations across all stages of product development, from pre-proof of concept to marketed products. Previously, Keisha was part of the Corporate Development team at Syros Pharmaceuticals and worked at the radiopharmaceutical company Actinium Pharmaceuticals. Keisha earned her M.S. and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.
