Dr. Javeri, who holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma, brings extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. She leads CuriOralRx, a Wilmington-based biotech company revolutionizing peptide and protein therapeutics by developing advanced oral delivery systems for biologics. By addressing the challenge of oral bioavailability, CuriOralRx creates accessible alternatives to injectable therapies, enhancing treatment convenience and adherence.
Dr. Javeri also serves as the CEO and President of CuriRx, a Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO). Under her leadership, CuriRx has contributed to the development of biologics, viral and non-viral vectors, peptides, proteins, vaccines, generics, and biosimilars. Both companies emphasize collaboration, shared values, individual growth, scientific contributions, and patient well-being.
Previously, Dr. Javeri co-founded and led Formatech as CEO for 13 years, driving product development and partnerships that resulted in new intellectual property. Her career is marked by a strong focus on product quality, process improvement, customer service, and strategic collaborations.
Before founding CuriRx and Formatech, Dr. Javeri held key scientific and management roles at Genetics Institute, Abbott Biotech, and Cambridge Neurosciences, making significant contributions to the advancement of therapeutic solutions.
