Kali Tx is a biotech company based in the SF Bay Area. We’re developing a tri-specific T cell engager designed to deplete B cells for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. Our pre-clinical proof-of-concept data from cyno studies has been highly encouraging, and we’re on track to enter clinical trials in 2025. Beyond B cell depletion, we’re also advancing programs targeting Eosinophils, Mast Cells, and pDCs.
