FoxHill Asset Management is a single family office investment vehicle representing Maryland and New Jersey-based family interests. Our funds are an evergreen non-committed portion of the family’s larger holdings. We look to invest in ground-breaking or transformative life science, biopharma, diagnostics and medical device technologies with defined market niches. While we are very flexible in terms of investment size, we generally expect to invest a minimum of $.5 million per round in companies who have already raised seed financing and have received allowance of claims by the USPTO. We have particular interest in optical or sound-based technologies, technologies directed towards indications of the senses, devices that supplant drug use, orthopedics, gene/nucleic acid-based therapies and immuno-oncology. We are currently only considering opportunities domiciled in North America or Europe
